Sure. I mean, in terms of dose selection, of course, there's two approved doses in the US, 10 mg, 25 mg. Um, as we talked, I mean, there was a suggestion that the higher dose might have an extra benefit in terms of FEV1, or slowing the decline of FEV1. Um, I think you know that deserves further study. I don't know. How long that lasts or what the magnitude of that is, and I don't know that it's real, but it, uh, very well could be and probably is. Um, but I think we need to better sort it out in phase 4. That being said, until then, I mean, what dose would you pick based on the data? Well, unlike most anti-inflammatory, uh, programs across disease indications where you see some tradeoff in, Risk benefit with low versus high dose. I mean, in these studies, we just, we don't really see any tradeoff. There's, uh, similar safety with the 10 mg and 25 mg, uh, and that safety is really, frankly, similar to placebo. Um, we don't really see any, um, increased risk of, um, serious side effects and even non-serious side effects. Um, I know the label carries a few warnings, but, um, in phase three trials, we, we didn't really see, Um, even dermatitis and rash at a higher rate than we did in placebo. Now, does that mean that, that some people won't develop those things? Um, no, I, I, I know they will. I mean, I've know patients now who've developed, you know, dermatitis, uh, um, while, after starting the drug. So, um, but we have no indication that any of those things are really dose limiting or, um, dose dependent. So, for right now, I mean, if I was a patient going on this, I'd go on 25 mg a day. That's definitely my default dose. I think it's the default dose of, uh, pretty much all my colleagues that I know of. Um, I do have a few people left on the 10 mg because they were on that in the posttrial access period after the phase 3, and they're doing, they're doing great, so I just left them on the 10. So, I'm probably not going to switch them. Um, but I, I might. But, but by, by and large, everyone I'm starting on therapy, Um, I'm giving, uh, 25 mg.
